Delivery: Usually 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka in Bangladesh. Many sellers also offer nationwide delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Return/Replacement: If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Return requests are commonly accepted within 3–14 days after delivery.
NOTE: The fan must be unused, in original packaging, and include accessories/invoice.
